B2X, a person service agency for mobile and electronic devices, was crowned official global partner for cheap office 2010's Lumia phones in October with this year. Below the agreement, B2X provides aftersales customer care and device repair services for the Lumia and have phones. B2X now has officially released a self-help app as promised on the Microsoft Store.
Unlike most other new apps built for the Windows ecosystem called UWP, the B2X smart app is a classic Windows Phone 8.1 program. The aim is usually to cater for the needs of most Windows Phone users (70%) who still use Windows Phone 8.1 handsets. As opposed, only 16% have switched to cheap windows 10 Mobile yet.
The app works as a hub for monitoring the ingredients of your respective cheap windows 7 phone and keeping tabs on a tool under repair.
The consumer care support is global in scope. In the agreement, B2X will supply client service in much more than 130 countries. Dieter Weisshaar, chief commercial officer of B2X, said in October:
"With far more than 400 service partners and two,000 service locations globally, our customer satisfaction ecosystem and our SMARTCARE Technology are a fantastic platform for everyone the requirements these customers. We'll guarantee that customer satisfaction, reverse logistics and device repair services work seamlessly collectively, contributing to a special customer expertise."
B2X is also offering up its SmartProtect premium plan to consumers who have obtained a Lumia smartphone within the past few months.
